How to apply
- Clean application surface and allow to dry completely.
- Rub your sticker down on a flat surface before peeling to ensure a firm grip between the transfer tape and the vinyl.
- Peel the translucent tape away from the solid white backing paper, ensuring each letter stays on the transfer tape.
- Align decal and gently press onto surface.
- Use a card or fingers to smooth sticker onto surface.
- Once decal is fully adhered, slowly peel away the clear transfer paper.
- Enjoy reading your affirmations!
How to use
- Place your Affirmation Sticker on your mirror, preferably where you will see it daily.
- Stand in front of your mirror, gently close your eyes & spend 30 seconds deep breathing.
- Open your eyes, take a moment to be conscious of any sensations throughout your body.
- Read your affirmation out aloud, repeat until you feel called to stop.
