At Remind Her we accept returns and can offer a store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds unless item is deemed as faulty.

We have a 7 business day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

Here at Remind Her we only offer exchanges and store credits. Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds. Only store credits and exchange.

To start a return, you can contact us at with your request for exchange of item or a store credit (valued at the cost of item).

Once approved by our lovely team, please send back your order with your order slip inside so we can identify the returned good. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. When approved, we will process through your return request (exchange or store credit). 

Damages and issues once received 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or products that have any marks or damage from the receiver.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
